Tribute to Marie Curie
Today recognized worldwide as the brightest scientist of her time, Marie Curie leaves an invaluable moral legacy. A strong and courageous woman, she fought throughout her life for women’s rights, social progress, and empowerment through knowledge. As a symbol of her legacy, the Panthéon is engraved on the back of the case, reminding us that she was the first woman to be interred there on her own merits.

Time, as written by Marie Curie
In 1898, Pierre and Marie Curie discovered a new chemical element in a uranium ore: radium. This major scientific breakthrough left a lasting mark on history, notably in watchmaking, where light became a tool for reading time.
In tribute to Marie Curie and her legacy, this dial reinterprets nighttime readability in a contemporary way. In the dark, only the two hands, treated with Super-LumiNova, glow with precision. The hour markers, meanwhile, reproduce Marie Curie’s authentic handwritten script, inscribing time in a dimension that is simultaneously scientific, human, and timeless.

Always on time, with day and date
The date window on the right side of the dial quickly shows the day and date. Styled in the format of the periodic table of elements, it once again evokes the universe and discoveries of Marie Curie.
