Warranty & Returns

All GUSTAVE & CIE watches come with a 2-year international warranty. This warranty takes effect from the date your watch is shipped.

THE WARRANTY COVERS:

• Battery change (if it occurs within 2 years).
• Any manufacturing defect or malfunction of your watch/movement that is not linked to a fall or shock.

This warranty does not cover in any way damage resulting from abnormal use, negligence, accidents or failure to follow the instructions provided by GUSTAVE & CIE.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Water damage for models with a water resistance of 5ATM.
• Damage due to daily wear and tear and aging of the watch.
• A broken glass or a scratch.
• Natural wear and tear on your watch strap.

From the date of receipt of your watch, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be received unused and in their original packaging. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. Refund will be made upon receipt of the merchandise.
