The Léon collection pays tribute to the ingenuity of Léon Foucault, the man who made the world turn… literally. Inspired by his famous clock designed to demonstrate the Earth's rotation, this creation reflects the pursuit of balance and precision so dear to watchmaking.
Clean lines, contrasting finishes, and a design in constant motion: Léon embodies the dialogue between science and elegance.
"INERTIA", SYMBOL OF MASTERED TIME
The dial of the Léon collection makes the passage of time visible. Its domed applied hour markers evoke the path of the pendulum, oscillating with precision and regularity. The lacquered surface, available in a brown gradient or grey gradient, changes in intensity depending on the viewing angle.
At 6 o’clock, the word “Inertia” recalls the very principle that links the watch to the pendulum: that of a subtle balance between the science of time and its poetry.
The dauphine hands and applied hour markers are enhanced with Super-LumiNova, offering an elegant display of time, even in complete darkness.

At the heart of the Léon collection beats the Miyota 9015 automatic caliber, renowned for its reliability and precision. With its 42-hour power reserve, it keeps time with constancy and regularity.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
48–72-hour delivery is free in France with no minimum purchase. For European residents, standard delivery via Colissimo is €4.90 (free on orders over €500).
Internationally, standard delivery via Chronopost is €9.90. For non-EU countries, delivery times vary depending on the shipping address and range from 2 to 10 days.
Is it possible to return a product?
You have 30 days after receipt to return your product to us. Refund within 7 days after receipt at our store.
How do I change my bracelets?
Thanks to the spring bar system, you can change the strap in under ten seconds without any tools. Be sure to place the part of the strap with the buckle at the top of the watch, at the 12 o'clock position.
Which case size should I choose?
For GUSTAVE et cie, there is no “ideal” watch size. However, if your wrist measures less than 15 cm, we strongly recommend choosing a 36 mm case. Conversely, if your wrist measures more than 18 cm, we recommend a 40 mm case.
Is it possible to try on a watch in store?
You can discover and try all our products in our showroom, located at 2 rue Bénard, Paris 14ᵉ.
