EXCHANGE OR REFUND
You have 30 days from receipt of the last package of your order to notify your request for exchange or refund.
To submit a return request
Log in to your account :
1. In the “Email” field, enter your email address and then click “Continue”.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click on the order for which you wish to submit the return.
5. If your order includes more than one item, select the ones you wish to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click “Submit Request”.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund or notification to ship the new product.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Our watches are 5 ATM waterproof, which means they can withstand daily use (hand washing, rain, etc.).
OUT OF WARRANTY
The warranty only applies when a part is defective or a manufacturing defect is found. It cannot take effect if, during disassembly, the watch shows obvious signs of being dropped or impacted, of being unsuitably submerged or buried in sand, in the event of improper use, manipulation of internal mechanisms, or chemical corrosion.
Bracelets are not covered by the warranty.
REPAIR
The guarantee The best care has been given to your watch throughout its manufacture. However, no mechanism, however perfect, is infallible.
