USER MANUAL
JULES 24H
The “Jules” collection is an ode to Jules Verne, a French writer passionate about navigation, author of many adventure novels such as “Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea”. For this collection, the marine theme is therefore central but the watch is suitable for all adventurers, on land as well as at sea.
FEATURES
SINGLE NEEDLE 24H
Jules watches have only one hand that indicates the hours and minutes simultaneously. On our 24-hour collections, the hand only goes around the dial once during the day.
Each index on the dial represents 15 minutes.
AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT
The ETA 2893-2 is a Swiss automatic movement that offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours and oscillates at 28,800 vibrations per hour. It is a robust movement that has its place in our collection.
WATERPROOF 20 ATM
Our Jules watch is waterproof to 20ATM / 200M. You can therefore enjoy swimming, bathing and water activities such as diving.
Please note, make sure the crown is screwed in correctly to ensure water resistance.
SETTINGS ON YOUR WATCH
Your 24-hour watch requires a finer adjustment than conventional watches. We recommend that you follow the instructions below to set the time and date.
1 - Unscrew the crown by turning it downwards to the last screw thread, the crown is then in the "neutral position".
2 - Pull the crown out to the last notch, then turn the crown to set the time.
3 - Once the time is set, push the crown back into the "neutral position" and screw it back in.
Please note that the bottom crown is a screw-down crown used to wind the movement and set the time. It has a gasket and must be screwed back in to ensure the watch is water-resistant.
When the crown is in the "neutral position", apply pressure to it and then screw it back in by turning it upwards until the crown is stuck to the case.
1 - Unscrew the crown by turning it downwards to the last screw thread, the crown is then in the "neutral position".
2- Wind the movement by turning the crown upwards. Make about thirty turns to completely wind the movement.
The arrow on the inner bezel points to the 12 o'clock index when in the neutral position.
To set the time in a second time zone, rotate the bezel to position the time in the desired second time zone opposite the hand.
The arrow will also serve as a time reference.
For example, when going out, use the arrow to indicate the departure time. Using the needle, you will see how much time has passed since the beginning.
Conversely, mark the desired return time with the arrow. The remaining time appears immediately.
