ANDRE 24H
Our André watch is a dedication to the creator of the Citroën brand. On the eve of the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in 1925, André Citroën was the first to display his name in thirty-meter-high letters of fire on the Eiffel Tower. Is there a more beautiful medium to export and shine the image of France throughout the world? We have therefore chosen to represent the Iron Lady in relief on the dial of the André watch in the art deco style of the time.
FEATURES
SINGLE NEEDLE 24H
André watches have only one hand that indicates the hours and minutes simultaneously. On our 24-hour collections, the hand only goes around the dial once during the day.
Each index on the dial represents 10 minutes.
QUARTZ MOVEMENT
Our quartz watches use batteries that have an average life of 2 years. You can have the battery changed at any jeweler/watchmaker.
WATERPROOF 5 ATM
All our Quartz watches are 5ATM water resistant. They are resistant to daily use, hand washing and rain.
On the other hand, they must not be exposed to a jet of water that is too powerful (shower) or to deep and prolonged immersion (bath or swimming).
SETTINGS ON YOUR WATCH
Your 24-hour watch requires a finer adjustment than conventional watches. We recommend that you follow the instructions below to set the time and date.
1 - Pull the crown out completely, to the second notch.
2 - Turn the crown down to set the time.
Please note, it is important that the needle always turns clockwise.
3 - Once the time is set, push the crown back to the initial position.
If you accidentally turned the hand counterclockwise, turn it back clockwise and stop at the correct time.
1 - Pull the crown out to the first notch.
2 - Turn the crown upwards, stop at the correct date and push the crown back into its initial position.
Please note: it is necessary to adjust the date for months with 28 and 30 days in order to manually move it to the 1st.
Please note that when setting the date, if you turn the crown in the wrong direction, you can throw the watch out of adjustment. If you throw it out of adjustment, the date will no longer change at midnight. You will therefore need to reset it by following these instructions:
1 - Pull the crown out completely to the second notch.
2 - Turn the crown down until the date changes.
3 - When the date has changed, push the crown back one notch to position it on the first notch.
4 - Turn the crown down until the hand is positioned at midnight (the N symbol on your dial), then push the crown back in.
5 - Then set the date and time, following the previous instructions carefully.
